Direct Access
As you know, we live in a great state! Wisconsin legislature supports direct access physical therapy. Therefore, you may see us directly, and a referral is not required in many instances. A thorough examination is completed to establish a physical therapy diagnosis and also to inform if further care is recommended in addition to or in place of physical therapy. *Of note: A referral is needed to be seen for Vertigo / Vestibular therapy.

Self-Pay Physical Therapy
In order to foster wellness-driven, individually tailored, thorough, and autonomous physical therapy that is specially unique to you, all visits are self-pay and are independent of one's deductible.

Please note, RUNNING ON SUNSHINE PHYSICAL THERAPY does not accept insurance payment or offer superbills. RUNNING ON SUNSHINE PHYSICAL THERAPY does not accept payment from Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or Worker's Compensation.

Good Faith Estimate
A Good Faith Estimate is available to you. A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. A separate Good Faith Estimate will be provided for each scheduled visit and upon request. At RUNNING ON SUNSHINE PHYSICAL THERAPY, each physical therapy appointment has a flat rate per visit. A pricing package is also available. ​
